Season Outlines
Park City Youth Lacrosse follows the timeline set out by our governing body, Intermountain Lacrosse. The timelines for Spring and Fall listed below are approximate dates. They may shift slightly from year to year.
- Practices will start early in March for the Spring season and late August for the Fall season. Expect 2-3 practices per week, depending on age.
- In the Spring season, games are on Saturdays and potentially they’ll be a game or two during the week. In the Fall season, games are on Saturdays.
- For some age groups the Spring season will also include playoffs.
Registration

Before You Register
Registration is open to both new and returning players. No prior lacrosse experience is required. Our recreational program focuses on teaching fundamentals, building confidence, and creating a positive team environment where players can learn and enjoy the game.
What Happens After You Register?
After registration closes, teams are formed and families will receive additional information by email. Practice schedules, team assignments, and coach communication will be shared through Demosphere prior to the start of the season.
Equipment & Preparation
Players will not be able to practice without proper lacrosse equipment. IMLAX offers an Equipment Rental Program for boys. Please review the Equipment Checklist for more details.
